documentsPLEASE BE ADVISED THAT TOWN CENTER METROPOLITAN DISTRICT AND EBERT METROPOLITAN DISTRICT ARE NOT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATIONS, BUT SPECIAL DISTRICTS. There is no statutory requirement for Special Districts to produce document packages of information for real estate sale transactions such as homeowner’s associations.

However, as a service to the community and other interested parties, here you will find various documents for the Special Districts and Sub Districts within the Town Center Metropolitan District and Ebert Metropolitan District, aka Green Valley Ranch North, as provided to our firm. The information provided may not be all inclusive and is being provided for informational purposes only.

Payments for Special District operations are paid through a mill levy via your real estate taxes. To determine what the mill levy amount is for your home, please go to the Denver Property Taxation and Assessment System site. Just enter your address and open the link under “Results”. Under “Property Description” you will see the Mill Levy amount.

Homeowners should be provided a tax certificate at closing, but may obtain the information at any time from the taxing authority.
