OUR EXECUTIVE TEAM
BRIAN TERHARK, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM® - CEOSince joining Westwind in 1998, Brian has been involved with virtually every department within Westwind. Brian started with processing payments and administrative work while attending college full time. He was promoted to second-in-command of the accounting department and eventually became an Association Business Manager. Brian obtained his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation in June 2000 and his Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation though the Community Associations Institute in 2006. The PCAM® designation is the highest designation obtainable in the industry. Brian has also earned his AMS® (Association Management Specialist) credential. In 2010, Brian joined our executive team to help to establish the foundation for our Company’s future.
In 2011, we were honored and proud that he was elected President of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Community Associations Institute after serving on the Board for a number of years. Serving in these extremely critical positions, Brian very actively and successfully improved our local chapter over a 5+ year period.
Brian has also accepted the responsibilities of our Human Resources Department and all of the changing laws and regulations we see these days. He continues to be instrumental in improving service and efficiencies within the communities we manage and he continues to provide the best in exceptional client service.
We were proud to promote Brian to be our Chief Financial Officer in 2013. As our CFO, Brian has been responsible for setting the standards that promote and ensure the accuracy and checks and balances of our accounting department; standards that are so necessary and important for Clients in our business. As of July 1, 2016, Brian is our Chief Executive Officer, CEO.

CHRIS HERRON, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM® - COOOriginally from the great state of Kentucky, Chris has added southern charm, poise, enthusiasm and her high level of professionalism to the Westwind team since 2001. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Purdue University in Hospitality & Institutional Management and a minor in foreign languages (German and Spanish). Chris spent over ten years in the hotel management industry, in guest services and housekeeping, as well as serving as District Manager of Operations for a national extended-stay organization. Chris is focused on customer service that exceeds expectations and her very qualified experience and educational accomplishments reflect her desire to excel.
We were thrilled to see Chris easily obtain her CMCA® designation in early 2001 and her PCAM® designation in 2012. Chris has also served our industry on the Colorado Legislative Action Committee, several CAI-Rocky Mountain Chapter sub-committees as well as a volunteer for several charitable organizations. She was nominated and received a Manager of the Year award in 2012, finishing as one of the Top 50 portfolio managers in the nation.
She has been involved in the executive-level direction of our firm’s future since 2010, and at the end of 2014, Chris was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. After providing incredible service to our clients as an Association Business Manager for 14 years, she now focuses directly on managing our operational and support services, specifically mentoring and developing our association management team. She will continue to improve and enhance our policies, procedures and organizational systems to meet our vision, mission and values.

CANDICE TERHARK - CFOSince 1986, Candice has gained experience in each aspect of our accounting department operations as well as client services. Beginning in 2014, she has served as our Controller. Candice oversees our Corporate Accounting as well as the preparation of monthly client financial statements, providing exceptional value with her detailed review of these important documents. She also supervises the Accounting Department and works closely with Board Members and our Association Business Managers to ensure we are consistently offering best-in-class accounting services within our industry. Her long-standing history in serving our clients as well as our firm allows her to bring her unique and comprehensive experience, knowledge and insights to any situation and solve problems quickly and completely. Her main focus is striving for perfection and accuracy as well as maintaining a positive team atmosphere within our Accounting Department.

JESSICA HANSON, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM® - DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION & CLIENT SERVICESJessica joined the Westwind team in 2001 as an Administrative Assistant. After being promoted to an Association Business Manager approximately one year later, she worked for the next 13 years managing a wide variety of portfolio clients throughout her tenure and has become well-versed in the intricacies of community association management, leadership and best practices. First becoming a CMCA® certified professional, Jessica then went on to earn both the Association Management Specialist (AMS®) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designations through the Community Associations Institute in 2011. The PCAM® is the highest level international credential which may be obtained in the Association Management industry.
Jessica’s passion for the industry has been obvious in her approach to trade-specific challenges such as document review, construction defect project management, financial oversight and budgeting, board education and conflict resolution. One of Jessica’s last projects included successfully working through a massive, multi-year, 15 million dollar reconstruction program with one of her client communities.
In the fall of 2015, we were pleased and proud to transition Jessica from her many years of service as an Association Business Manager, responsible for direct portfolio management, into the new and vital role of Executive Assistant to the CEO, COO, and CFO. Recently, we have updated her title to Director of Administration and Client Services as her roles and responsibilities have continued to expand. This is as a direct result of her superior professional, proactive and detail-oriented approach in all she does.

JESSE FLAGEOLLE - CIOJoining the Westwind team in 2005, Jesse brought passion, discipline, and organization to our Information Technology functions. With a Bachelor of Science in Network Engineering and several Cisco and Microsoft certifications, he transformed the company’s infrastructure. Enterprise-grade equipment, security, and processes became standard practice. In an ever-evolving technology landscape, Jesse maintains focus on evaluation and implementation of tools, systems, and services for our clients, vendors, and employees.
While working from Network Administrator to Director of IT, Jesse also became a member of our Executive Team. Now serving as our first CIO, this role allows him to take advantage of his excellent communication and planning skills as he endeavors to create world-class systems accessible to everyone we serve.

ANGELA STEVENS, CMCA® - DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS - NORTHERN COLORADOAngela joined our business family in mid-2018. She was born in Washington and has lived in Colorado for over 40 years. Prior to entering the industry, she and her husband owned and ran a custom home building company for 20 plus years. Angela brings with her a wealth of knowledge in the community association management field, having successfully managed all types of associations ranging from homeowners associations and condominiums to health club facility administration. She has been in the industry since 2012 and is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) and State of Colorado Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM).
Angela is an organized professional with a positive outlook on life and her important work as a community manager, which makes her not only responsive to community members, but also diligent in the follow-up that goes along with the communication. Her familiarity in the building arena allows her to communicate with vendors and developers on a level that comes with years of hands on experience and knowledge.

SILVIA GREGORY, CMCA®, AMS® - DIRECTOR OF MANAGEMENT SERVICESIn 2008, we were so fortunate to have Silvia join our firm! From downtown high rises to single family and commercial associations, Silvia brings a diverse range of management experience to Westwind Management. With a banking and financial background, Silvia understands that efficiently managing an association’s budget will enable the Board of Directors to enhance and preserve the communities they live in. Silvia is a problem solver who is committed to the goals and needs of the Boards and homeowners and believes good communication is the key to successfully managing communities.

LIANA WAY - ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALISTLiana Way joined the Westwind Management Team in September 2019. She was born and raised in Colorado; growing up in the San Luis Valley. After graduating from Adams State (College) University she moved to Denver 2002 and starting working in the HOA Industry. Liana has been in the industry for 17 years starting in the Client Service Department; where she provided exceptional assistance for homeowners, Board Members and began building relationships with vendors. Based on her quality service to both internal and external customers, Liana earned an opportunity to supervise a support team to the Community Managers. While doing so, she also continued her professional development in the association arena by assisting on various properties, special projects, etc. Liana is a well-organized multi-tasker with a positive attitude and outlooks. BETHANY ZWEYGARDT - DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING SERVICESBethany grew up in the Bay Area and earned her bachelor’s degree in Neurobiology, Physiology & Behavior from UC Davis. In 2006 she moved to Colorado where she met her husband and discovered her love of numbers & passion for helping others understand them, as well. She started her career in the industry as a Property Manager and has been steadily climbing the accounting ladder ever since. With over 13 years of experience in Accounting, Bethany has been serving the financial needs of Denver, Colorado Springs, & Fort Collins area Homeowner Associations for the past 5 years. She received her CMCA® designation and Community Association Manager (CAM) license from the State of Colorado in 2016 in order to better understand the Community Manager mind-set. This has helped immensely when working closely with Community Managers and their board members to answer financial questions.
Bethany joined the Westwind team in July of 2019 as our Assistant Controller. She works closely with the firm’s Controller to prepare the monthly client financial statements and answer Board accounting questions. She works with the Accounting Representatives to create a fun environment and a cohesive balance between AP and AR. Her enthusiasm for learning processes and generating efficiency is a great asset to the team.

She learns at the speed of light, is a great multi-tasker and enjoys receiving new responsibilities. APRIL DELGADOOriginally from California, April moved to Colorado in 2014 and quickly became impressed with the beautiful state and all its seasons. April joined Westwind Management in August of 2016. Prior to joining Westwind, she worked in management with a large retail box store. She brings a wealth of customer service expertise to our organization which is displayed each day. She spent four years as an administrative assistant and has since become member of our Association Business Management Team. April takes great pride in personal follow-up and communication. She is currently serving a large scale single family residential development community, focusing on attention to detail and positive impact on homeowner relationships in design review processing and compliance reviews.

CHRISTINE WILLIAMS, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®Christine Williams, who is a highly experienced and credentialed manager, joined the Westwind professional family in early 2017. She has over 20+ years’ experience in the property and association management industry, and began her career as an assistant on-site manager for an apartment complex in Oregon. Through that position, she quickly learned the ropes and moved up to full duty manager positions within the same company. Christine was introduced to the HOA industry after relocating to California. At that time, she was working with a company that also focused on continuing education, so was afforded an opportunity to earn both her CMCA and AMS credentials through CAI during her 8 year tenure there. She has since added the Colorado CAM license to her credentials. Christine recognizes how fortunate she has been to build relationships with all the wonderful and knowledgeable people who have mentored her over the years, and has used her abilities to successfully manage all types of communities from condos and townhomes to single family homes and commercial HOAs. She is currently serving as our On-Site Community Manager in one of our many prestigious Communities.
CYLINDA WALKER, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®, GRICylinda has been serving the community association industry since 2004. Originally from Texas, Cylinda moved to Colorado in 2007 to continue managing associations. Her industry achievements include her CMCA , AMS, and PCAM designations from the Community Associations Institute. She also holds the GRI certification as a Graduate, Realtor Institute and a Master of Management degree.
Cylinda is a staunch supporter of the Community Associations Institute and has served on the National Manager Council, the National Board of Trustees, and the CAI-Southern Colorado Board of Directors in addition to many committees both in Texas and Colorado. She has taught classes for Board member development including: Professional Advisors and Service Providers and The Board Member Toolkit.
Education and problem solving are her areas of expertise. Continually educating Board members and homeowners for a clearer understanding of governance and compliance is always in the forefront of Cylinda’s approach to management. Digging into the tough problems and taking on challenges facing community associations is where Cylinda shines. By relying on Business Partners for additional expertise, Cylinda helps guide her Board members to success.

ERIN HUSEBY, CMCA®Erin has been a community management professional since 2010. Her mother and business partner have owned a property management business in Southern California since 1999. Erin started out as a Customer Care Representative and worked her way up to becoming a Community Manager in 2015, earning her designation as Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) in March in 2016. Erin earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Charles Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon with a minor in Communication.
Erin relocated from Southern California to Colorado August of 2016. Here in Colorado, she continued her professional career in association management. Accordingly, Erin earned her Community Association Manager (CAM) License from the State of Colorado in 2016. JAN RIDER, CMCA®As of June, 2015, we were extremely fortunate to have Jan Rider return to the Westwind Management Group team. From 2005 – 2011, Jan served expertly as our Office Manager and Administrative Supervisor, and then was promoted to Association Business Manager. Jan left due to a family move to the windy City of Cheyenne, Wyoming. While in Cheyenne, Jan was the Assistant Box Office Manager for Cheyenne Frontier Days.
Because of Jan’s passion for the association management industry and her dedication to the mission and values of our firm, she has returned as a full-time Association Business Manager. She is CMCA® certified through Community Associations Institute and is still well known and respected in the business. KYLE MARING, CMCA®Kyle Maring has served in just about every facet of the multi-family industry. Kyle was a successful community association manager for 2+ years at Westwind from 2013-2015 and returned in this role in 2018. As a fully credentialed Association Business Manager, Maring obtained his CMCA®, and CAM designations. Kyle also has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a Business Management minor from Metropolitan State University of Denver. His affinity for customer service and relationship-building skills allowed him to be proactive in his management approach. He also served for a time as a Business Development Director in the industry, which responsibilities included not only business development procedures for the Colorado region but also had a hand in growth, expansion, and onboarding of new clients. During this phase of his career, he also gained the experience of overseeing the in house maintenance team, including oversight for general repairs, preventative maintenance, and large projects. Kyle expanded his industry experience from the vendor perspective by serving as an Account Manager and Business Development Representative for industry partners, including in construction and temporary corporate housing.

MANDI COLLINSMandi started her property management career in 2010 as a leasing agent at a 300 unit apartment community in Iowa. From there she quickly moved up to an assistant manager and then changed over to mobile home rentals and sales. From 2012-2019 she managed 3 different manufactured home communities, with number of units varying from 200-240. She was the go-to resource person for co-workers and was always available to teammates who needed advice or help with problem solving. Mandi has experience handling day to day resident communication, rentals, sales, maintenance employees, community upkeep, capital projects, office staff, budgets, collections, etc. She excelled in her role and was moved up to regional management. In 2019, Mandi moved with her family to Colorado seeking better weather and new adventures! She decided to enter the HOA management arena and flourished as she became familiar with the industry by managing a number of mid and low rise condos in downtown Denver before joining the Westwind Team. In her free time, she is an avid runner and enjoys exploring Colorado with her family and meeting new people in the Denver area.

RACHEL SIMMONS, CMCA®, AMS®Rachel has been a valued member of our team and a high-level performer with Westwind Management Group, Inc. since 2009. RANA VALENTINE-YOKSH, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®In 2010 we were elated to have Rana join the Westwind Team. She has successfully managed community associations since 2002 and currently holds the CMCA®, AMS® and PCAM® designations through the Community Associations Institute. Articulate and extremely knowledgeable in our industry, Rana places a strong emphasis on client satisfaction with both the Boards of Directors she works with and the homeowners within her communities.
Specializing in single family communities, she has been instrumental in converting outdated massive landscaped gardens and common areas into new and vibrant works of art. She works closely with contractors and vendors that have proven themselves to us and she expects those contractors to exceed her expectations. Curb appeal in her Communities is a priority and you will often see her with a clip board walking through the common areas to confirm contract specifications are being met. SHERRY BOND, CMCA®Sherry Bond joined the Westwind team in June 2020 as we entered into the service of a Denver high-rise where she has held the position of On-site Building Manager for 2 years. Sherry has nearly 5 years’ experience in the community association management industry, and before that, she worked in an office position with Jeffco Public Schools and in Denver Public Schools. Her previous administrative management experiences provided an opportunity to hone her exceptional customer service skills, which she has successfully transitioned into the homeowner’s association field. Sherry has 4 children, 2 grand-children and a fur-baby that she spends her off-time enjoying.
TARA SEGURA, CMCA®Tara joined Westwind Management in June 2008. Prior to joining Westwind, she served as the Manager of Guest Services for a large Colorado shopping mall. She brings with her the highest quality customer service experience which is on display each and every day.
Originally from California, Tara moved to Colorado in 2005 and enjoys all the beautiful sights that Colorado has to offer. She spent four years as an incredible administrative assistant and we are thrilled that she has since become member of our Association Business Management Team, having earned her CMCA® designation in 2013. Previously, Amy Jo worked in the education field and has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. AMY MEYERAmy is a Denver native, and a graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in Hospitality Management. She worked in the Hotel / Convention / Meetings industry for many years in Denver, Tacoma WA, Burbank CA, Palm Springs CA and then returned to Denver. Amy served as the Convention Housing Manager at Visit Denver for over 20 years, at which time in 2016 she made a career move and started working in the HOA industry. She was responsible for accounts receivable, client account research and response, as well as working with her team of community association managers on accounting needs for homeowners. In 2020, we were pleased to welcome Amy to the Westwind Team. She has exceptional organizational skills and is both detailed and proficient in her workflow processes. We are thrilled to have someone with her strong work ethic and quality-driven customer service outlook as a part of the team. Amy is a proud dog lover, homeowner, DIY’er, plus an avid Denver Broncos and Iowa State Cyclones Football Fan. She enjoys gardening, (even mowing the lawn!) and building things.

DEETT GLOVERDeEtt is a Colorado native; born in Denver but then her family moved to a small Colorado town near the Kansas boarder. After college, and in search of some additional professional growth opportunities, DeEtt moved to the Denver metro area. She comes to the Westwind team with several years of customer service experience in real estate related work and in the senior living industry. In particular, she has contributed almost 20 years’ of dedicated, quality service in the real estate arena. VANESSA VAN DINEVanessa joined Westwind Management Group in the early part of 2017. She has held several positions in the customer relations area of the food service industry and dealing directly with clients in a junk removal & hauling business, always offering her best in service and responsiveness. She has lived in many places around the globe, such as Japan, the Philippines, and both Nevada and Kansas in the US, before moving to Colorado in May of 2016. This experience of living in many different places and understanding different cultures has contributed to her positive, outgoing and friendly nature as well as her overall desire to help people. She takes pride in her abilities to communicate effectively and remain very organized in her work processes. Because she is a fast learner and loves school, she is currently working on her Associates’ Degree in General Education. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and around animals.

DONNA DIETRICK - CLIENT INSPECTION SERVICES ADMINISTRATORJoining Westwind in 2007, Donna is instrumental in assisting our Association Business Managers with community inspections. Our detail-oriented Community Inspector also has several years’ experience in customer service and sales support in hospitality and manufacturing environments. She is a native of Southern California and moved to Colorado with her family in 1999; making Aurora their home. Donna takes a common-sense approach to administering property inspections and always takes the time to go the extra mile to assure that our clients are treated with respect and dignity. While her duties may in some cases cause consternation, she works very hard to focus on solutions for Boards and homeowners alike.

Linda is a Colorado native and admits she has seen a big change within our Northern Colorado developments over time. She is honest, reliable, and compassionate in her service to others. Prior to entering the community association management industry, Linda had extensive work experiences in Recreation Management with Corporate, Municipal and Private Sectors. However, one of her fondest past experiences has been Managing her son, Gunnar in the Entertainment Business throughout LA, NY, GA, NM, and CO. She comes to Westwind Management with prior experience in retail, and while the community association management industry is very different, she likes the controlled and steady pace of her work area responsibilities. She is an avid learner and excited to continue to learn new skills. She is a detail oriented and organized person, who is great at multi-tasking. In addition, Darlyne is very open-minded, which allows her to generate positive and creative ideas. When not at work, she loves spending time with her family and baking. ANDREA BOBB - CLIENT DOCUMENTATION ADMINISTRATORWe were quite privileged to have Andrea join our team as the Information Services Director in 2006. She is originally from North Dakota and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree as well as several Associates Degrees from Minot State University. She also attended and graduated from Denver Paralegal Institute. Her professional experience includes property management, receivership management, various aspects of mortgage loan servicing including acquisitions and acquisition valuation and feasibility review, corporate and estate law, and 11 years’ experience as a real estate paralegal mostly in the foreclosure/bankruptcy industry.
Andrea left the legal/law firm arena to focus on disclosure requirements and the ever-changing legislation and regulation surrounding the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA) and other provisions that are imposed on our industry. Most recently, she is encountering the challenges of Manager Licensing Laws and new rules sanctioned by the Colorado Division of Real Estate. Andrea’s title currently is Client Documentation Administrator and she oversees and manages association disclosure documents for our third party document website for real estate transactions, manages disclosure of legal documents within our organization, and helps to ensure Westwind and our clients are in compliance with new regulatory rules. Andrea’s main objectives are thoroughness, integrity, service and quality performance on behalf of all of our Client Communities.

GRANT PARKER - PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPECIALISTAs a 35-year career practitioner, Grant obtained his Professional Community Association Manager designation, the highest credential in the industry, in 1992. His industry involvement cuts a broad swath in Virginia, Arizona and Colorado, encompassing an impressive array of assignments, including G.M. at two master planned communities, as well as serving in senior management and CEO positions for the two largest management companies in southern Arizona.
In 1995, as Vice President of Community Operations for a large and prestigious developer in Greenwood Village, CO, he received the coveted Community Association of the Year Award for a master planned community of 500 high-end custom homes.
One of Grant’s singular consulting assignments was the establishment of the Architectural Design Review Process for a large Master Planned community located in Castle Rock, Colorado.
Grant is now semi-retired and resides in Bailey. He is maintaining his CAI (Community Associations Institute) credentials and continuing education in force for his consulting firm, HOA Administrators, LLC, as well as for his work part-time with Westwind Management Group, serving as our Project Management Specialist. His extensive knowledge of large renovation projects, construction defect settlements and insurance claims, as well as his ability to marry the “soft skills” on the HOA side with the “hard skills” on the construction side, provide value-added support to both the client and management team.
LARRY HEALY, CMCA®, AMS® - MANAGEMENT RESOURCE SPECIALISTLarry joined the Westwind Management team in 2019 on a part time basis as a management resource specialist, following his recent retirement as General Manager after 11 years serving a prestigious downtown Denver condominium association. Before his time serving Community Associations, he was retired from active duty in the US Army, after having attained the rank of First Sergeant.
Larry has been involved in community management for over 19 years. He relocated to Colorado from Virginia in 2007. While in Virginia, he specialized in on site management of high rise condominiums. Additionally, he has experience managing large scale single family homes as well as townhome condominiums. Larry also served 9 years as a Director and President of the Board for an HOA in which he resided. During his tenure as a manager he earned his designation as an Association Management Specialist (AMS ®) through the Community Associations Institute and through the Community Association Managers International Certification Board, attained his status as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) and is fully licensed as a State of Colorado Community Association Manager.
Larry’s extensive experience in facilities management coupled with his administrative managerial skills enhance the capability of Westwind Management to provide the highest quality of customer service to our clients.

LYNNETTE MAURY - CLOSING SERVICES ADMINISTRATORPrior to her 2003 arrival at Westwind, Lynnette honed her accounting skills and knowledge with 8 years in the accounting industry. After her 2 year introduction into Westwind Client services, she moved to our team accounting division to provide that same exceptional level of care.
Growing up in Pueblo, Lynnette developed a real small town attitude about service to clients and now the clients in her purview enjoy that special added follow-up and care that permeates through all of our Westwind Staff. She assures a responsive answer to urgent issues and always takes a proactive “can do” approach to all of the challenges she receives on a daily basis. Due to her continued accomplishments, Lynnette was promoted to our Closing Services Administrator and we are thrilled with the great job she is doing in that position.
